The Webex Suite MCP Server exposes 25 tools split into 6 for Meetings, 11 for Messaging, 5 for Vidcast, and 3 for Calling 8. It publishes a scopes table of 15 rows alongside a full scope string of 15 tokens 7.

Tool consolidation and scope mapping

The 3 Calling tools appear in no row of the scopes table, whereas all 22 other tools appear in at least 1 row 1. WarmTransfer's reading of the sources is that the Suite server reaches functional parity with the dedicated Meetings server by consolidating create, update, and delete into a single meeting management tool 3. This consolidated meeting management tool requires both the schedules read and schedules write scopes, while the separate create, update, and delete tools on the dedicated server require only the write scope 2.

The Suite server omits 4 Messaging capabilities that the dedicated Messaging server exposes—covering membership retrieval, webhook retrieval, file details, and thread retrieval—with no consolidated equivalent 4. Furthermore, no tool that appears in both the Suite server and a dedicated server carries an identical description in both 5.

Deployment and catalog status

Sources disagree on the availability status of these servers: Cisco's agentic apps release page states that onboarding is still in progress and that servers are not yet available in Webex App Hub, while its onboarded servers page publishes live server addresses for several of the same named services 6.
