Tool consolidation and differences

WarmTransfer's reading of the sources is that the Suite server reaches functional parity with the dedicated Meetings server by consolidating create update and delete into a single meeting management tool 3. The Suite server's consolidated meeting management tool requires both the schedules read and schedules write scopes while the dedicated server's separate create update and delete tools require only the write scope 2.

The Suite server omits 4 Messaging capabilities the dedicated Messaging server exposes, covering membership retrieval webhook retrieval file details and thread retrieval, with no consolidated equivalent 4. In addition, no tool that appears in both the Suite server and a dedicated server carries an identical description in both 5.
