WarmTransfer is a telecom-native AI workspace. It exists because general-purpose assistants answer telecom questions confidently and often wrongly: the wrong release, the wrong deployment model, a community workaround presented as vendor guidance.
The product is its corpus, its applicability model, its retrieval and evaluation systems, and its tools. Models are replaceable. The evidence is not.
The name is the idea: a warm transfer carries the context with the call. Nothing gets dropped on the way to the answer.
