Source note · Setting up Zoom Phone emergency calling
When an emergency call is placed Zoom Phone picks the address by the first match in this order: network switch MAC and port for a company location; BSSID for a company or personal location; public plus private IP or subnet for a company location; public IP for a company location; public plus private IP for a personal location; public IP for a personal location; GPS coordinates (US and Canada only); then the no-match fallback.
