Zoom's documented ERL/ELIN test is to create a test site with nomadic emergency services and emergency addresses, route emergency calls to the Internal Safety Response Team first with PSAP after Max Holding Time set to its highest value, place an emergency call that the safety team answers before overflow, and confirm in the call logs that the outbound caller ID is the location's ELIN.
