Source note · Customizing Cisco MPP phone settings on Webex Calling
For 9800 Series phones, a device configuration template is created in Control Hub under Devices > Templates by clicking Create template, entering a unique name and optional description, adding and adjusting configurations, clicking Next, reviewing and clicking Create.
