Source note · Customizing Cisco MPP phone settings on Webex Calling
For 9800 Series phones, a device configuration template is applied in Control Hub under Devices by ticking one or more devices, clicking Edit, clicking Configuration templates in the Configurations section, selecting the template, clicking Next, reviewing and clicking Apply; for one device the same Configuration templates control is on the device's details page.
