Source note · Customizing Cisco MPP phone settings on Webex Calling
A line key template is created in Control Hub under Services > Calling > Service Settings by scrolling to Devices, clicking View Templates, clicking Create custom template, entering a unique name, selecting the device model, filling in the line key assignments (an index number for shared lines; a label and destination for speed dials), clicking Next and then Submit.
