Source note · Recording consent and AI processing privacy
Cisco states that on acceptance of the provider terms of service the call recording providers Eleveo and MiaRec can access the Customer Name, the user location's Time Zone, the First Name, the Last Name and the Email ID from Webex Calling in order to record calls, and that accepting those terms is a one-time activity performed by the customer or partner administrator on behalf of the customer.
