Converting Cisco 7800 or 8800 phones from Enterprise to MPP firmware for a non-Webex call control platform requires a per-device migration licence (L-CP-E2M-78XX-CNV= or L-CP-E2M-88XX-CNV=) that is node-locked to the phone's MAC address; conversion for Webex Calling carries no licence cost.
