Source note · Cisco headsets and Webex App calling endpoints
When a Cisco headset is connected to the Webex App, or to the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app signed in to a Webex account, the app checks the headset model and firmware version and prompts the user to upgrade if newer firmware is available.
