Source note · Troubleshooting Amazon Connect softphone and CCP audio
For VDI, AWS recommends a split CCP model, with a media-less Streams-based CCP inside the VDI for data and call control and a standard CCP on the local PC carrying media; Firefox cannot be used for the local CCP in split mode.
