Webex Edge Connect is a private network peering connection that bypasses the public internet and connects a customer network directly to the Webex backbone 8. Cisco names Webex Meetings, Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center Enterprise data centres as reachable over Edge Connect 4.

Reachable services and documentation discrepancies

Although Contact Center Enterprise is named as reachable, the article publishes no address ranges, routing communities or data centre list for it in the way it does for Meetings and Calling 6. The cloud Webex Contact Center product is not named anywhere in the Edge Connect article outside shared site navigation 2.

Sources disagree on guidance scope, as the design document the article points a reader to for deeper guidance covers Meetings, multi-tenant Calling and Dedicated Instance in its own title, and does not carry Contact Center Enterprise 1. Additionally, this is disputed because the Edge Connect article's displayed last updated date is later than the newest entry in its own revision history table 7.
