• The webhook's access model attributes a record to a single owner in a fixed order, which makes the billing feed incomplete by design. in context
• The webhook delivers on a 5-minute cadence over a window of 10 to 5 minutes, warns of duplicates, and offers 2 mutually exclusive feeds with 1 webhook per partner organisation. in context
• The detailed call records webhook article names 2 field names in the whole article and uses the words consult, transfer and correlation zero times. in context
• The detailed call records article names the required partner role 3 different ways in 3 passages, while keeping one scope throughout. disputed in context
• Neither webhook article states a retry, a backoff, a delivery ordering, a signature scheme or a disabling behaviour after repeated failure; those terms occur 0 times in both. in context
• The reconciliation and records interfaces cap a query window at 12 hours, rate-limit a partner to one initial request a minute per token scope with up to 10 further paginated requests, and cap a records page between 500 and 5000 with a default of 5000. in context
• The Webex Calling reconciliation and records APIs make call records available for 30 days and enforce that window in their own parameters: startTime must not be older than 30 days from the current UTC time and endTime must be at least 5 minutes before the current UTC time and no older than 30 days. in context
• Cisco states that the webhooks reliably deliver records and that duplicates may arrive when the system replays records, and makes the consumer responsible for de-duplication. in context
• The 30-day availability figure belongs to the reconciliation and records interfaces, which exist to catch up on records a webhook listener may not have received, and no article gives the webhook itself a retention window. in context
