Source note · What a Webex webhook guarantees
The Webex Calling reconciliation and records APIs make call records available for 30 days and enforce that window in their own parameters: startTime must not be older than 30 days from the current UTC time and endTime must be at least 5 minutes before the current UTC time and no older than 30 days.
