Source note · Setting up Zoom Phone emergency calling
Switch-port detection needs the network switch to send LLDP to connected devices with the Chassis ID and Port ID TLVs; Zoom recommends a timer of about 30 seconds, it is not supported on Linux, the Mac client needs a helper application, and an IP phone with a PC behind it must pass the switch's LLDP through rather than send its own.
