Source note · Setting up Zoom Phone emergency calling
47 CFR 9.16(b)(2) requires a multi-line telephone system to be configured to notify a central location at the facility or another designated person when a 911 call is placed, and 47 CFR 9.3 defines that notification as including that a 911 call was made, a valid callback number and the caller location sent to the PSAP, the last two where technically feasible.
