Source note · Setting up Zoom Phone emergency calling
When an emergency call comes from a detected location that has an ELIN, Zoom sends that ELIN as the outbound caller ID and the PSAP retrieves the address the carrier has registered for it; a callback to the ELIN reaches the originating extension for roughly 2 hours.
