Source note · Webex Calling enhanced emergency calling
Where a workspace device is configured to prevent inbound PSTN calls, an emergency call still goes out but the Public Safety Answering Point cannot call the device back, so Webex Calling allows a callback for an incoming call carrying a Priority header of emergency and relaxes the blocking rule for the device that dialled the emergency number for 60 minutes.
Checked 2026-09-16
To deliver emergency callbacks, Webex Calling allows call back for incoming call with a Priority header as emergency. Webex Calling also relaxes the blocking rule for the device that dialed the emergency number for 60 minutes.
