Cisco states that 933 is an emergency test call number in North America that allows testing of 911 call configuration without calling a Public Safety Answering Point and that many PSTN providers answer it with an interactive voice response repeating the callback number and emergency service address, and that Webex Calling does not support configuration of multiple fixed devices at different locations although RedSky can support it.
