Source note · Webex Contact Center Agent Desktop and widgets
The default Webex Contact Center desktop layout JSON carries 3 roles: agent for an agent signing in, supervisor for a supervisor handling only supervisor capabilities, and supervisorAgent for a supervisor handling both, and an administrator configures widgets for each role in the corresponding persona section of the file.
