Cisco requires 5 browser settings for the Webex Contact Center Desktop: cookies and site data enabled, security level set to Medium, the image option enabled, the pop-up blocker disabled and JavaScript enabled, and additionally requires Enhanced Tracking Protection to be disabled for the Desktop URL on Firefox Extended Support Release version 104.0 or later.
