Source note · Webex Contact Center data locality by country
Webex Contact Center ordering carries 2 separate country selections: 1 at order creation which sets Webex data residency, and 1 in the Contact Center tab of the Set-Up wizard which sets Contact Center data locality and which defaults to the first but can be changed.

On the Set-Up wizard, the Webex Contact Center country of operation defaults to the selected country. You can change it if necessary.
