Webex Contact Center's Flow Designer and Webex Connect's Flow Builder are separate applications with separate sign-ins, separate tenants and separate node vocabularies, and the 2 are easily confused because both products use the words flow, node and voice, and Webex Connect's own builder contains voice and interactive-voice-response nodes.
