The Webex Connect AMB channel for Webex Contact Center supports these message types: text, attachments, rich links, list pickers, time pickers, text with attachment, form messages, iMessage apps, agent typing indicators, payment messages, new authentication messages and quick replies. Classical authentication is deprecated.
