Source note · Webex Go and mobile calling options
Single number reach rings an external mobile number through the PSTN, and the mobile carrier is not integrated with Webex Calling. Webex Go instead makes the mobile phone a SIP-registered Webex Calling endpoint through a certified provider. So Webex Go, unlike single number reach, supports device-level features such as *11 call pull and DND override on the mobile device.
