Source note · Webex Go and mobile calling options
If a user wants to keep a published business number but cannot or will not port it to a Webex-certified provider, Cisco's alternate-identity approach assigns the published number as a secondary number. Calls to it then ring all of the user's devices, including the Webex Go device.
