Source note · Webex Calling with Webex Contact Center
Dedicated Instance integrations with Webex Contact Center require a codec list ordered G.711 U-Law first, then G.711 A-Law, then OPUS, built from Factory Default Lossy and assigned across CTI, endpoints and SIP trunk device pool regions, and this must be done only for the Webex Contact Center integrations.
Checked 2026-09-16
Create a codec list with G.711 U-Law at the top of the list followed by G.711 A-Law and OPUS
