Source note · Porting numbers to Webex Calling
US rules require interconnected VoIP providers to take all steps necessary to allow port-ins and port-outs, directly or through their telecommunications carriers, without unreasonable delay, and forbid agreements that would stop an end user from porting between interconnected VoIP providers.
