Source note · Porting numbers to Webex Calling
A PSTN connection change to Cisco Calling Plans cannot start from an integrated IntelePeer location or from a Dedicated Instance location. Inactive (non-portable) numbers must be cleared first, and only customer administrators can start the change because it requires signing an E911 agreement.
Checked 2026-09-25
Only customer administrators can initiate the PSTN connection change, as there is a requirement to sign E911 agreement.
