Source note · Troubleshooting Webex Calling call queues
An agent who looks Available but gets no queue calls is most likely explained by one of the documented conditions: joined state FALSE, signed out, in wrap-up, already on a call without the call-waiting option, a queue in night, holiday or forced-forward routing, or (Customer Assist) set Unavailable automatically after a bounce.
