Source note · Setting up Webex Calling call queues and hunt groups
Skill-based routing on a call queue sends calls to agents by skill level from 1 (highest) to 20 (lowest), uses Circular, Top Down or Longest Idle to pick between agents with the same skill level, and defaults each agent to level 1.
