Call Handler Data Dump writes a CSV with a header row and one row per selected call handler. Its After Greeting Action column reports, for each of seven greeting types (standard, busy, off hours, error, internal, alternate, holiday), what happens to the caller after hearing it; its separate Greetings Enabled column reports whether four greetings (closed, alternate, busy, internal) are active, via the GREETING_ALTERANATE_ACTIVE, GREETING_BUSY_ACTIVE, GREETING_INTERNAL_ACTIVE and GREETING_CLOSED_ACTIVE columns. Other columns cover transfer number, type and rings, caller input key actions, schedule name and owners.
