Source note · Customizing the Finesse desktop layout in UCCX
A Cisco tech note for Unified CCX 12.5 adds a custom gadget by resetting the 3rdpartygadget user password from the CLI, uploading the gadget XML file by SFTP to /3rdpartygadget/files, and then adding the gadget path inside a new tab in the Finesse desktop layout XML.
