The four platforms split PBX licensing from PSTN access differently: Teams and Webex Calling license the PBX user separately from the PSTN source (vendor calling plan, operator or own gateway), while RingCentral attaches a number and domestic calling to each DigitalLine and Zoom sells both a PBX-only Pro licence and number-plus-minutes calling plans.
