To move a number from Operator Connect to Teams Phone Mobile, the admin removes it from the user, the existing Operator Connect provider removes it from the tenant, the Teams Phone Mobile operator ports it onto an eligible SIM-enabled wireless plan and uploads it, and the admin assigns it.
