Microsoft's port-order documentation uses two status vocabularies: the troubleshooting article uses Customer action required and Microsoft support engaged, while the transfer article's status table uses Exception and Manual review. Which labels a tenant actually sees probably depends on the wizard version and has not been confirmed.
