Source note · Teams emergency calling and location policies
When Shared Calling is used with Calling Plans or Operator Connect, emergency call routing policies only identify emergency numbers, and site-assigned emergency call routing policies cannot be used if Shared Calling for Calling Plans or Operator Connect coexists with Direct Routing in the same tenant.
