Source note · Teams emergency calling and location policies
The emergency calling policy offers three security desk notification modes: notification only (Teams chat), conferenced in but muted, and conferenced in and unmuted (NotificationOnly, ConferenceMuted, ConferenceUnMuted in PowerShell).
