Source note · Teams emergency calling and location policies
Setting ExternalLocationLookupMode to Enabled in an emergency calling policy (the 'External location lookup mode' toggle in Teams admin center) lets users add, edit or confirm their emergency address from the Calls tab when working outside the corporate network.
