Source note · Setting up dynamic emergency calling in Microsoft Teams

The PSTN usage record in an emergency call routing policy selects the route for emergency calls, and Microsoft says that route should point to a SIP trunk dedicated to emergency calls or to an ELIN gateway that routes to the nearest PSAP.
