Source note · Setting up dynamic emergency calling in Microsoft Teams
Each emergency number in a call routing policy has a dial string that the route pattern must match exactly and zero or more semicolon-separated dial masks that are translated to the dial string (for example 112 masked to 911); dial strings and masks must be unique within a policy.
