Source note · Setting up dynamic emergency calling in Microsoft Teams

In the United States, emergency calls with an administrator-defined dynamic address, or a static address on a Common Area Phone or Teams Room, go direct to the PSAP, while calls using an address statically assigned to a user or number, or with no address, are screened before transfer to the PSAP.
