If voicemail appears in Outlook but not in Teams, Microsoft directs admins to run the Teams Voicemail test in Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer and check for blocking Exchange Client Access Rules, EWS access policies, and mail flow rules or third-party filters that alter headers.
