Set-CsTeamsCallingPolicy -AllowVoicemail accepts AlwaysEnabled (unanswered calls go to voicemail after 30 seconds and the unanswered-call setting is hidden), AlwaysDisabled (calls never go to voicemail) and UserOverride (routing follows the user's forwarding and unanswered settings).
