The archived Skype for Business Online network performance page set client-to-Microsoft-edge targets of RTT under 60 ms, average packet loss under 0.5%, maximum packet loss under 5% and jitter under 3 ms, with poor at over 500 ms, 10%, 25% and 30 ms respectively.
