As of late September 2026, one CCX firmware line cannot serve both platforms: Teams-certified CCX builds are 9.x on Android 12, while Zoom Phone Appliance mode requires 8.1.8.2935 on Android 9. Moving a CCX from current Teams firmware to ZPA therefore implies a firmware downgrade.
