Source note · Building an inbound routing script in NICE CXone Studio
In browser-based Studio an inbound call is simulated by clicking Trace > Start with Trace, selecting an inbound phone ACD skill, checking Simulate Inbound Call, entering the Phone Number to ring plus DNIS and ANI values, and clicking Start Trace, then answering the phone and watching the Trace Output window.
