Source note · Building an inbound routing script in NICE CXone Studio
An existing point of contact is changed by opening it, selecting the Details tab, clicking Edit, changing fields such as the assigned skill, and clicking Done; deactivating a point of contact requires the Points of Contact Deactivate permission.
