Source note · Building an inbound routing script in NICE CXone Studio
To route by menu choice, the tutorial duplicates the Reqagent, Music and Wait group once per choice, connects the Menu action to each group with a custom branch condition equal to the keypad digit (1, 2, 3), and sets a different ACD skill on each Reqagent; it requires three ACD skills in the tenant.
