Source note · Building an inbound routing script in NICE CXone Studio
An hours of operation profile is created in the ACD application under Contact Settings > Hours of Operation by clicking Create New, entering a Profile Name, setting open hours for each weekday (or Closed All Day), optionally adding holidays, reviewing, and clicking Create Profile.
